This website is operated by PanScience Predictive Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("PredCo", "we", "us"), registered at JP House, Shahpur Jat, Siri Fort, New Delhi 110049, India. By using predco.ai you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover this website only. Use of the PredCo platform, a pilot, or any other engagement is governed by the separate written agreement covering it. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement wins.

02Using this site

You may read this site, and print or download extracts, for your own use or to share within your organisation.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system
• Do not introduce malicious code, or otherwise interfere with the site's operation or availability
• Do not scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract content, including for the purpose of training a machine learning model, without our written permission
• Do not misrepresent your identity, or submit another person's personal data to our forms without their knowledge
• Do not use the site in any way that breaks the law where you are

We may withdraw or restrict access to the site, in whole or in part, without notice. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or uninterrupted.

We own or are licensed to use everything published on this site — text, diagrams, product imagery, recorded interface clips, and the PredCo name and marks. Those rights are reserved.

You may quote from our published material, including the industrial thesis, provided you attribute it to PredCo and do not alter its meaning. You may not republish it as your own, sell it, or present it as the work of another organisation.

The industrial thesis and any other document we make available for download is provided for your information. Downloading it grants you a personal, non-exclusive right to read and share it internally; it does not transfer any intellectual property to you.

04Figures, outcomes, and forward-looking statements

This is the clause most worth reading. Where this site or our published material gives a number for an outcome, we distinguish between figures measured across live deployments and figures modelled against a baseline. Modelled figures are illustrative projections, not promises.

Every industrial environment differs in its data, its equipment, its regulatory obligations, and its people. Nothing on this site is a representation, warranty, or guarantee that you will achieve any particular result, and you should not make a purchasing, compliance, or operational decision in reliance on a figure published here.

Descriptions of regulations — including IMDS, ELV, REACH, CSRD, the Digital Product Passport, and the EU AI Act — are provided as general context and reflect our understanding at the time of writing. They are not legal advice, regulation changes, and you remain responsible for your own compliance obligations. Take your own professional advice before acting.

05What you send us

When you submit a form or write to us, you confirm that you are entitled to send us that information, and that it is accurate. Please do not send confidential plant data, personal data about others, or anything subject to a non-disclosure agreement through a web form; use an agreed channel instead.

If you send us feedback or a suggestion about our products, you agree we may use it without obligation or payment to you. Personal data you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

06Third-party links and services

This site links to other organisations' websites, and embeds a chat assistant served from another domain. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Their own terms and privacy notices apply.

This site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude the implied warranties and conditions that would otherwise apply to it, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

09Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, save that nothing in this clause removes a consumer's right to bring proceedings in their country of residence where the law of that country gives them that right.
