See every near miss between people and forklifts.
Forklift incidents rarely come out of nowhere. They are preceded by dozens of near misses that nobody writes down. The cameras over your aisles and docks see all of them.

Forklift pedestrian safety monitoring uses AI on CCTV to detect when a person enters a forklift lane, walks into a vehicle's path or stands in a blind spot, and alerts the area supervisor immediately. PredCo does this on your existing cameras without tags, wearables or new hardware on the vehicles.
What it detects on your floor.
Configured per zone and per shift, on the cameras already pointed at the area.
People in forklift lanes
Marked lanes and aisles, flagged the moment someone walks in while a vehicle is active.
Blind corners and intersections
The rack ends and dock doors where vehicles and people meet without seeing each other.
Proximity to moving vehicles
A person and a forklift too close, measured in the frame rather than guessed.
Loading docks and bays
People behind reversing vehicles and inside the swing area of loading equipment.
Speeding and wrong-way movement
Vehicle movement patterns in zones with speed or direction rules.
Near-miss record
Every event logged by zone and shift, so the hotspots are visible before an injury makes them obvious.
- Warehouses and distribution centres
- Plant stores and kitting areas
- Loading docks and yards
- Steel and metal yards with mobile equipment
Four steps, on hardware you already own.
- 1
Use the cameras you have
Any RTSP or ONVIF feed becomes a sensor. No replacement cameras and no new cabling.
- 2
Detect at the edge
A GPU unit inside the plant runs the models. Footage stays on site and faces are blurred before frames leave the GPU.
- 3
Alert whoever can act
Zone-specific alerts reach the supervisor on Teams, SMS, email or your EHS system in under a second.
- 4
Fix the pattern, not the event
A daily summary by zone and shift shows where and when unsafe acts repeat, so supervisors fix the cause before it turns into an injury.
PredCo watches and alerts people. It does not stop machines and it is not a safety-rated system, so it never replaces guarding, interlocks or your safety procedures. It makes sure the people responsible see what the cameras see.
Free 7-day CCTV safety snapshot
We connect PredCo to two to four of your existing cameras for seven days and send you a written report of what they saw: PPE misses, people in forklift lanes and restricted zones, smoke, and blocked exits, with timestamps and clips. Footage stays inside your plant.
- Pick 2–4 cameras. The zones you worry about most. Any RTSP or ONVIF camera works, including Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, Axis and Bosch.
- We connect on site. Inference runs on an edge unit inside your network. No footage leaves the plant, and faces are blurred before anything is stored.
- Seven days of detection. Every shift, including nights and weekends, because that is where supervision is thinnest.
- A written report. Events by zone, shift and type, with clips. Yours to keep, whatever you decide next.
- Manufacturing plants, warehouses and construction sites in India
- At least a few working CCTV cameras over the production or yard area
- Someone from EHS, operations or the plant team to point us at the right cameras
