AI video analytics · Restricted Zone Monitoring

Know the moment someone steps into a danger zone.

Barriers and signs work until someone is in a hurry. Most serious incidents involve a person who was somewhere they knew they should not be.

Restricted zone monitoring uses AI on CCTV to detect when a person enters an area they should not be in, such as a running machine cell, a high-voltage room, a crane path or a site perimeter after hours, and alerts the right supervisor at once. PredCo draws the zones on your existing camera views, with different rules per shift.

What it detects on your floor.

Configured per zone and per shift, on the cameras already pointed at the area.

01

Machine cells and robot areas

People inside a cell while it is running, drawn as zones on the camera view.

02

Crane and overhead load paths

People under suspended loads and in crane travel areas.

03

Electrical and high-voltage rooms

Entry by anyone, or outside permitted hours.

04

Confined spaces and pits

Entry and how long someone stays, as a check alongside your permit system.

05

Perimeters after hours

Intrusion at fences, gates and storage areas on nights and holidays.

06

Headcount in zones

Live occupancy, and who is still inside an area during a drill or an evacuation.

Where plants use it
  • Press lines and robot cells
  • Crane bays and steel yards
  • Electrical substations and panel rooms
  • Chemical storage and tank farms
  • Site perimeters and gates

Four steps, on hardware you already own.

  1. 1

    Use the cameras you have

Any RTSP or ONVIF feed becomes a sensor. No replacement cameras and no new cabling.

  2. 2

    Detect at the edge

A GPU unit inside the plant runs the models. Footage stays on site and faces are blurred before frames leave the GPU.

  3. 3

    Alert whoever can act

Zone-specific alerts reach the supervisor on Teams, SMS, email or your EHS system in under a second.

  4. 4

Fix the pattern, not the event

A daily summary by zone and shift shows where and when unsafe acts repeat, so supervisors fix the cause before it turns into an injury.

PredCo watches and alerts people. It does not stop machines and it is not a safety-rated system, so it never replaces guarding, interlocks or your safety procedures. It makes sure the people responsible see what the cameras see.

Free 7-day CCTV safety snapshot

We connect PredCo to two to four of your existing cameras for seven days and send you a written report of what they saw: PPE misses, people in forklift lanes and restricted zones, smoke, and blocked exits, with timestamps and clips. Footage stays inside your plant.

  1. Pick 2–4 cameras. The zones you worry about most. Any RTSP or ONVIF camera works, including Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, Axis and Bosch.
  2. We connect on site. Inference runs on an edge unit inside your network. No footage leaves the plant, and faces are blurred before anything is stored.
  3. Seven days of detection. Every shift, including nights and weekends, because that is where supervision is thinnest.
  4. A written report. Events by zone, shift and type, with clips. Yours to keep, whatever you decide next.

Questions plant teams ask.

Yes. Zones can carry different rules per shift and per time window. Linking a zone to a machine's running state is possible where that signal is available from your control systems.
